Noah had an appointment today with his naturopathic doctor. We decided to keep him on a grain-free diet for awhile. I need to find a few substitutes for rice products. Pizza crust and rice cakes were two of our basics.

Breakfast
Berry Rhubarb Crisp

Taco meat and salsa
Carrots, celery, and hummus
Watermelon
Goat milk yogurt with strawberries (Noah: “This is the best thing EVER!”)

Pizza: I will not be making this pizza crust again. It never crisped up and was sweet rather than savory. I may modify it into a sweet flatbread. I make my own pizza sauce to avoid sugar and high fructose corn syrup. For cheese, I used a combination of local mozzarella and Trader Joe’s raw milk white cheddar.
